If you are not satisfied with your Award Decals product, please call 1-800-525-9395 for a Return Authorization within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is defective.
Instructions and recommended application techniques are provided in your package. Defects of products due to use of unauthorized application procedures will not be replaced or exchanged.
If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Award Decals will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Award Decals warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that shipped with the product.
Please note that Award Decals does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
Product that is customized to your specifications, including personalized products without a default in product quality.
Custom Products
Award Decals offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications, and Award Decals encourages you to review your order carefully. A proof of artwork is submitted to the customer prior to shipment in most cases. Please look at this carefully before giving your approval. Since a custom-configured product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your order is in production. Please review Award Decals’ return and refund policy carefully before ordering.
NOTE: Award Decals recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Award Decals or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipment.
Items will not be refunded or exchanged without prior Return Authorization.
*7 day proof policy*- After placing an online order, we will contact you via email with a digital proof within 1-2 business days. If we do not hear back with artwork approval within 7-10 business days of the purchase date, we will go ahead and print the order to the exact specifications of the clients online order.
